Alakdana has been well-received by Filipino audiences and its success translated to impressive TV ratings since it premiered January 24. Based on data from the more widely recognized TV ratings data supplier AGB Nielsen, from January 24 to February 7, Alakdana has edged out competition with an average audience share of 46 percent, 21.8 percentage points higher than ABS-CBN's Agimat 24.2 percent in Mega Manila. It has likewise toppled Agimat in Luzon and Nutam, an indication of the drama series' promising performance in the ratings game. This week, Adana (Louise) got involved in an accident due to Veronica's schemes. Billy (Paulo Avelino) quickly came over to rescue her and the closeness between them grows more than ever.
