A beautiful union made official by an equally beautiful ceremony.

The journey wasn’t all rainbows and butterflies for Heart Evangelista and Senator Chiz Escudero, but today, the couple reached what they were destined for and sealed it with a kiss.
 
The power couple has exchanged “I do’s” and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in Balesin Island.

Within a couple of days, the island was transformed into a heavenly palace filled with white blooms.
 
Beneath the sky of flowers, the blushing Kapuso bride made her ethereal bridal march. Heart was nothing short of stunning and graceful walking down the aisle that leads to the altar. She was later on accompanied by her three sisters, Camille, Mich, and Lissa.

Near its end, the groom waited in anticipation with the best company: his twins Joaquin and Cecilia who walked their father for another chance to a happily-ever-after. The song “The Luckiest” was sung in the background.
 
The Bishop of Sorsogon, Most Rev. Arturo M. Bastes, SVD, D.D., presided the ceremony, while Rev. Jerry M. Orbos, SVD delivered the homily.
 
Father Jerry Orbos told the groom, “Heart is a little girl that has been loved by her family. Take care of that little girl.”
 
“After the ceremony, you will leave the altar together… sharing,” he added.
 
Heart and Chiz then exchanged their personal wedding vows. The Kapuso bride said, “I promise you will never walk alone.” The groom expressed in reply, “Naniniwala ako na mahal mo ako tuwing sinasabi mong mahal mo ako.”
 
The heartfelt ceremony culminated with a kiss, a gesture that begins Chiz and Heart’s life together.
 
They have found love, finally. Congratulations and best wishes to the new husband and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Escudero!
