Lovi Poe is promoting ways how to #LoviYourBody.

Lovi Poe shared some tips on how she's working on her body.

In an Instagram post, she introduced Leptin and Ghrelin.

She said, “Getting in touch with my buddies Leptin and Ghrelin aka the hunger hormones. They're responsible for suppressing and stimulating your appetite.”

In the next post, she discussed the cheat sheet on what to eat, exercise tips, and how to manage stress.

In the photo, Leptin is defined as responsible for suppressing the appetite. The Ghrelin is described as stimulator of appetite.
