In an interview during the press conference of Lovi Poe's new show, Someone to Watch Over Me, the actress emphasized that she is currently not in a relationship right now.

She explained, "I’m not saying I’m dating anyone. Pero, of course, may mga nakikilala ako. Pero it doesn’t mean na I’m gonna jump into a new relationship. So, if you’re asking me, I’m not taking anything seriously. I have no plans. Hindi pa ako ready."

Lovi also made it clear that she ended things with Rocco to be able to do things on her own. She expounded, "In the first place, I had everything good with Rocco. The reason why I ended things is because I wanted to [do] things on my own. That’s why it doesn’t make sense if I get into a new relationship."
