Lu Han stars in a new online gaming-themed web series called 'CrossFire' which will stream with Tagalog subtitles.

Chinese singer and actor Lu Han stars in an intriguing new web series called CrossFire.

The series focuses on two online gamers who are separated by a decade, but by some twist of fate, meet each other in the game and are able to communicate.

Lu Han plays Xiao Feng who lives in 2008--a time when online gaming has not yet reached the level of prestige that is has now. He is often ridiculed for his choice in career and is barely able to keep his team together.


Opposite him is actor Leo Wu who plays Lu Xiao Bei who lives in 2019. He dreams of being a professional online gamer but an accident leaves him wheelchair-bound, ruining his chances to be signed to a professional team.

CrossFire premiered in mainland China on July 20 on the streaming service Tencent Video.

In the Philippines, it will be available on streaming platform We TV.

As a special treat for Filipino fans, it will also come with Tagalog subtitles.


The series will be released on August 8 at 7:00 pm.


It is also the first series in the platform to feature Tagalog subtitles.

Meanwhile, Lu Han recently released a collaboration track with Tao called "Sensitive."

They debuted the song in the finale of idol survival show Chuang 2020 where they both served as mentors.
