Fitness buff Lucho Ayala proves that working out should not necessarily take place inside a gym or a fitness studio as he shared his home workout while on enhanced community quarantine.

In an Instagram post, the Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation) star made use of a suitcase and water container as alternatives to the dumbbell for his full upper body workout.

By being resourceful, he managed to do seated shoulder press, chest press + push up, pull over, row + one-hand row, tricep extension + bicep curl, and ab crunch.
