"I've made many excuses.... but it's time to get back to pilates. When you look in the mirror and you know you can be happier.... yes it's time.

"When your hips are so wide your friend can hide behind your...uh.....behind... you know it's time. When your clothes size jumps back to the size you swore off two years ago..... it's definitely time.

"When your kids play with your tummy like playing the bongo then it's way past time. So yah... You don't have to tell me. It's time. Back to the studio it is," she wrote on Instagram.

Lyn is doing a specialized kind of pilates called "inferno hot pilates."

It was developed by Gabriela Walters, a certified yoga and pilates instructor. The exercise is performed in a heated room set to 35 degrees Celsius.

Inferno hot pilates is a full-body workout which combines pilates and HIIT or high intensity interval training.
