Japanese actor Mackenyu Arata is coming to the Philippines.
Japanese actor Mackenyu Arata is visiting the Philippines soon!
The One Piece star is headlining pop culture convention, Manila Pop Con, in November.
Mackenyu will be one of the guests of Manila Pop Con 2023 or Manipopcon from November 17 to 19 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
"To all my Filipino fans out there, I'm happy to share that I will be appearing at Manipopcon in Manila on November 17-19th, See you guys there!" Mackenyu said in a video message posted on the Manipopcon's Facebook page.
Mackenyu recently played the role of Roronoa Zoro in the Netflix live action adaptation of One Piece.
Aside from One Piece, Mackenyu also played the lead role in Knights of the Zodiac, the Hollywood adaptation of the Saint Seiya manga franchise, as well as in Pacific Rim: Uprising. He also appeared as Yukishiro Enishi in the fourth installment of the Rurouni Kenshin movie series, Rurouni Kenshin: The Final, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable Chapter 1, and Tokyo Ghoul: S.
