Sheryl Cruz shares secret to maintaining her body at 45

When it comes to looking fit and fab even at 45, Sheryl Cruz can give younger stars a run for their money.

She generously shared her secrets in maintaining her figure. The Magkaagaw actress revealed that she often does hula hoop when they are on break in the set.

“Una muna ang paghu-hula hoop, ito 'yung mga best friend ko sa bahay at tsaka 'pag nasa set din ako,” Sheryl said as she showed how she would do her hula hoops.

“I actually use this weighted hula hoop, if you want to lose weight sa mid-section ninyo.

“Pag nasanay na kayo sa weighed hula hoop, tsaka kayo magta-transfer, mag-a-upgrade kayo in using the dance hula hoop.”

After doing hula hoops, Sheryl usually drinks tea and eats nuts and crackers.

“Ang workout ko, kailangan mo talagang mag-effort, especially at my age.

“Pagdating sa metabolism natin, it's not as fast anymore, it slows down. So, mas kailangan natin to put time to work out and tsaka 'yung gumagalaw tayo.”
