Despite this controversy before the year ends and the COVID-19 pandemic hitting the country, 2020 remains a fabulous year for Maine Mendoza.
She is still mainstay in two popular programs: Eat Bulaga and the Saturday night sitcom Daddy's Gurl.
She also successfully released her single "Parang Kailan Lang" under Universal Records.
She and Alden Richards, known together as AlDub, were also tapped to become the newest endorsers of the delivery app Toktok PH.
Both of them became a phenomenal love team in 2015 via the hit "Kalyeserye" segment of Eat Bulaga.
Lastly, Maine and her boyfriend Arjo Atayde mark their second anniversary together this month.
Meanwhile, aside from Maine, here are other big names in the Philippine entertainment industry who started in the longest-running and award-winning noontime show.
