Greed drives Amparo to murder. And no one has yet to rescue Princess and Charming from the impending heart transplant plan of their desperate captors.
Princess and Charming try to escape Rose and Teroy’s house after learning the couple is after Princess’s heart. But the couple makes it hard for them to leave, as they are on guard round-the-clock.
Charming manages to escape on one occasion, and promises to look for help and return for Princess. In her absence, Rose and Teroy discover that Princess has a weak heart, making her an unsuitable donor. They decide to look for Charming, and use her heart instead. So when Charming’s efforts to find help fails and she returns for Princess, the couple is overjoyed.
Princess overhears their plan, and immediately informs Charming about it. Charming is rattled by the unexpected news, and confesses her fear of dying. Princess consoles her the best way she can, and they vow to be friends forever.
Ronald, Charming’s foster father, becomes paralyzed after he is hit by a stray bullet. While in the hospital he ardently waits for Charming’s visit. Going home, he gets very surprised to find out that the child has fled. Worried, he tasks Inoy to look for her.
Meanwhile, Amparo gives in to Loretta and her accomplices’ five-million-peso demand. Driven by greed, Mando, Amparo’s former hired killer, hits Loretta with a deadly blow and proceeds with taking the money. Amparo, however, hired another goon to have her foes killed the moment they touch the cash.
But Loretta survives Mando’s blow. She vows to take revenge on Amparo, and, certain of the harm she is yet to face, she immediately spills the truth about her grandchild to her daughter Lizette.
