The film 'Balota' has achieved notable success on the popular streaming platform Netflix.
The film Balota, starring Marian Rivera, is not only a hit in the Philippines, but also internationally.
s seen on GMA Pictures' recent post, Balota landed on the Global Top 10 Non-English Movies on the popular streaming platform Netflix, earning the number one spot in the Philippines, No. 4 in Qatar, No. 5 in UAE, and No. 9 in Bahrain from January 27 to February 2.
Aside from this, Marian Rivera was one of the recipients of the Best Actress award at the Cinemalaya 2024 for her notable performance as Emmy in Balota.

The Kapuso Primetime Queen also received various recognitions for her performance in the said film, including the Best Actress award at the 3rd Gawad Dangal Filipino Awards and the Excellence in Performance award at the 4th Primetime Media Choice Awards.
