The management of action star Robin Padilla released an official statement last night which confirmed actress Mariel Rodriguez’s miscarriage, eventually losing their triplets.

They said, “It is with such a heavy heart that we are informing you that Ms. Mariel has suffered a miscarriage on August 12, 2015 at 6:30PM and the couple have lost the triplet pregnancy.”

The couple recently had their European getaway where they presumably planned the pregnancy. When the triplets were forming, they had to nurse Mariel’s delicate condition to watch over their development.
