Maritoni Fernandez's beach house is getting closer to being completed.

After tying the knot with her non-showbiz partner Mon Dayrit, her dream beach house is also getting closer to completion.

Maritoni shared the news in an Instagram post showing her joyfully standing in their beachfront property.

"Beach wall is up! Getting there, getting there. Thank you Lord Jesus. 🏻️ #beachhouse #deeplygrateful #wonderfullyblessed," she wrote.

She also revealed in the comments of her post that the house will be ready by Christmas.

Maritoni and her husband Mon also visited the beach house last month with their sons.

In a recent Instagram post, Maritoni revealed that "phase one" of the house is nearing completion.

Through a selfie with Mon, she also gave a sneak peek of the ongoing house construction.

"Phase one nearly done. Thank you my love @mondayrit for taking control and making sure it's all done according to the timeline and that all meet up to their commitments so calmly. I appreciate you. Thank you Jesus for my husband," she wrote.

Maritoni first shared that she was building her dream beach house in May last year.

Construction of the home restarted last July after being on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
