Actress Maritoni Fernandez took to Instagram to post a birthday tribute to her sister Aurora Moynihan, who died in 2016.
Aurora was shot dead on September 10, 2016 in what appears to be a drug-related hit. Today, January 22 would have been Aurora's 48th birthday.
"Today I remember you in a different way. I am so blessed to have had all the days with you when you were still here. I celebrate the life you lived. The days we shared. No one could ever make me laugh like you did Auchy! I miss you deeply. I know you are in heaven now with our Father Jesus and I am comforted by that but I miss you and always will. Happiest birthday baby sis. Am sure you're celebrating everyday now and making all those angels laugh as you are so good at doing. I love you," she wrote on the caption of a series of photos on Instagram.
Maritoni and Aurora are daughters of British baron Lord Antony Moynihan with his third wife Luthgarda Maria Beltran del Rosa Fernandez.
