Maritoni Fernandez's dream home by the beach is coming along nicely!

It's been more than a year since she started building her dream beach home and now actress Maritoni Fernandez shows no signs of stopping as she flaunts her nearly finished property on social media.

On Instagram, the self-proclaimed “Barley Queen” posted a view of her home that features a swimming pool and a beautiful sunset in the background.

“Home by the sea is coming along. Thank you, Jesus,” she said in the caption.

This is the first time the acclaimed actress has visited her home by the beach after a long holiday with her husband, Mon Dayrit, and her sons Liam, Diego, and Julian.

“[This is my[ first trip back to the beach house since the new year. [I'm] so excited to finish it na.

“Finally on the home stretch. With the Lord's blessing and grace, maybe for my birthday!?! Sana!” she said in a post, hinting that she wants her dream home to be finished by her 52nd birthday on March 31st.

Last year, Maritoni shared that she's putting all her efforts into building her new home by the beachfront, reportedly located in Morong, Bataan.

The cancer survivor shared that she'll be closely monitoring its construction following the delays brought by the coronavirus pandemic.

Back in July, she said, “Construction of beach house has finally restarted. Weekly monitoring back on track.”

At the time, she also declared that her new home with the picturesque view would be ready by Christmas.

Throughout her travels from Manila to Bataan, Maritoni is accompanied by her husband Mon Dayrit, with whom she tied the knot last July.

The couple had a simple civil wedding ceremony in Parañaque City Hall and was witnessed by both their children -- Julian and Diego from Mon's side, and Liam from her side.
