Marjorie Barretto to her panganay Dani: “The success you are now enjoying is because of all the hard work you put in.”
Celebrity mom Marjorie Barretto penned a love letter for her firstborn Dani Barretto who marked her birthday yesterday, October 20.
Marjorie posted a carousel of photos with Dani, who will soon give birth to her second child with Xavi Panlilio.
She began her post by saying, “I'm so blessed that you are my first child, Dani. You are the most forgiving and understanding of the mistakes I might have made as a young and first time Mom.”
“You happily welcomed and loved each and every new sibling that came along until there were [five] of you. You are the child that always picks up my calls, does not answer back when annoyed with me, spoils me with expensive gifts, drops EVERYTHING or anything when I need you, or even just when I need company. You are the best Ate to all your siblings.
The actress-politician also expressed her pride for Dani managing her own company.
Back in April 2024, her daughter held a soft launch of a wellness drink company, Wellness Whispers, which she confounded with her husband.
“You are always there for them. You patiently listen and protect them. They all love you so much. A loyal friend. A good wife and Mother. And now I am proud to say, a successful CEO of your own company. The success you are now enjoying is because of all the hard work you put in.” Marjorie said.
“You deserve only the best. In a few days we are all welcoming your second child, we are all so excited to meet him. Riley is so blessed He is coming into this world and having you as his Mother. I hope you know this, that I am grateful to God for you. I am PROUD of you. Keep inspiring your siblings, me included. God bless you and your family. I'm always behind you. Happy Happy Birthday!!!”
Dani replied to the heartwarming message of her mom in the comments section saying, “My pregnant emotional self couldn't help but ugly cry while reading this. I love you so much Mom! Will forever spoil you, and always make time for you. There's nothing I wouldn't do for you.”
Dani is the child of Marjorie with ex-partner Kier Legaspi.
The birthday girl announced last June that she is pregnant and their newest baby will be a boy, whom they named Riley James.
She gave birth to her panganay Millie in September 2019.
