It seemed like it was only yesterday when Mark Zambrano and Aicelle Santos were in a long-distance relationship as the Kapuso singer pursued her theater career abroad as Gigi in the hit musical play, “Miss Saigon.”
That's why Mark couldn't help but reminisce about the moments they shared even when they're apart and some of the most beautiful surprises in between.
On Instagram, the reporter posted a video taken exactly two years ago when he surprised Aicelle one evening as she exits the Theatre Royal Plymouth in the United Kingdom.
Aicelle was seen casually speaking to her castmates but then was shocked to see familiar faces greeting her by the exit door.
Mark, who was hiding in the bushes, then surprised her from behind with flowers on hand.
He wrote in the caption, “I can't believe it's been two years!
“It was just the two of us then and in a few months, we'll be three!
“Looking forward to traveling the world with you and our baby, Mahal!”

In the comments section, Mark was flooded with words of admiration from fans as they gush about his sweet gesture for Aicelle.
One fan even wrote, “It was only this morning when my 21-year-old daughter told me that once it's time for her to settle down, sana ang mahanap niya ay katulad ng hubby ni Aicelle.
“Tumatawid 'yung bait mo kahit sa social media lang and kahit 'di ka namin kilala personally.
“As a nanay, who only wish for the best for her daughter, magdadasal ako na sana mas dumami pa ang katulad mo.

Aicelle and Mark tied the knot in a beautiful garden ceremony in Batangas back in November 2019.
They announced that they are expecting their first child on June 17, 2020, with a photo of Mark kissing Aicelle's growing baby bump.
