During their stay in Chiang Rai, Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo learned to make dishes from Northern Thailand.
Celebrity couple Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Chiang Rai in Thailand.
They went on an hour-long sidecar tour and dropped by the Golden Triangle where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet.
Matteo and Sarah also got to meet some elephants that they helped feed and bathe.
The couple then went to the market and tried some local food and drink.
A very special part of their trip involved a cooking lesson where they learned to cook a few dishes from Northern Thailand.
With the help of a chef, Matteo and Sarah tried their hand at cooking tom yum goong--a hot and sour soup dish, khao soi--a Northern Thailand style curry, and tourist favorite mango sticky rice.
They even competed on who would get the chef's approval. Will the chef like Matteo or Sarah's dish better?
