Matteo Guidicelli has reached another achievement after completing the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School.
Matteo Guidicelli can now add another accomplishment to his growing list after completing the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School.
Matteo marked the career highlight on Instagram, reflecting on the six-month journey that challenged him both personally and professionally.
The actor and entrepreneur first revealed in March that he had returned to Harvard Business School to take the prestigious leadership program.
As part of the course, Matteo also shared a message he wrote after a professor asked what he hoped to leave behind for his classmates.
Matteo also dedicated the accomplishment to the people who supported him throughout the program, especially his wife, Sarah Geronimo, and his family.
"Mission accomplished but the mission ALWAYS continues. Six months of case studies, sleepless nights, and focus. When Professor Margolis asked what's one thing we would like to leave behind to our PLD (program for leadership development) cohorts, this is what I wrote: “Let us hold the ground with our morals and values for family and country. Let's continue to win the hearts and minds of the people around us. Continue to scaffold up and stretch to create a difference and value to the world.”
"To my family, and to my wife — thank you for all the support. This one's because of you," he wrote.
Among the photos he posted were moments with his classmates from different countries, as well as a photo of himself proudly posing beside the Philippine flag.
In another Instagram post, Matteo described his classmates as an "incredible international cohort" made up of people from different industries around the world.
"I'm going to miss each and every one of these people, but the memories I made, and the lessons I learned are what live on forever," he wrote.
His achievement was met with congratulatory messages from family, friends, and fans, including his mother, Glenna.
This marks Matteo's latest academic accomplishment at Harvard. In 2025, he also completed executive education programs in marketing and brand value.
Outside the classroom, Matteo continues to juggle his work as an entrepreneur, television host, and second lieutenant reservist in the Philippine Army.
