Christmas celebration will be a bit different this year because of how COVID-19 affected people's lives around the world.

In connection to this, many Filipino families are facing this huge dilemma of whether or not to celebrate this very special occasion to avoid the risk of contracting the coronavirus.

In an exclusive interview with Kapuso Showbiz News, the twins of Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi shared how they celebrate Christmas every single year.

Cassy Legaspi told GMA Network.com, “Kasi, we have a lot of Christmas traditions, we are always complete sa family and then we always go out 'yung Christmas week.

"We have dinner… We always have sleepovers hanggang New Year's Eve na.

"But I think now we won't be able to have that kas inga 'yung COVID and all.”

Mavy added, “Mga kapatid ng parents namin, both parents may siblings sa States, so umuuwi sila, so we are all complete.”

Although the celebration will be far different this year, Cassy pointed out that they still have a lot of reasons to be thankful for.

She noted, “What we should be thankful for this year, for example, for us we have a home and we are healthy and we are complete sa family.

"I think we should focus on what we have now rather than, 'Ugh, di kami complete.'”

In addition, Mavy stressed that negative thoughts would only lead to feeling anxious during the merriest of season.

“I think when you think na, sana ganito, sana ganyan, I feel like that adds to your anxieties, e, feeling ko, instead of focusing on this is what I have now and I'll deal with it, this is what I live with it.

“If you have hope na things will get better, I feel like yan 'yung that's the one way na matatanggal 'yung stress,” the Kapuso actor said.
