Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara are set to star in their first Kapuso series together via 'Love at First Read.'
Philippine media giant GMA Network and Wattpad Webtoon Studios are teaming up once again to bring another kilig Luv Is series that will surely redefine the meaning of love.
This 2023, among GMA's hottest pairs and breakout love team, Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara, are set to top-bill their first Kapuso series together titled Love at First Read.
The said series is an adaptation of the hit Wattpad novel with the same title by Filipino author ChiXnita.
The story follows Angelica (Kyline Alcantara) who loves to write all of her feelings in her diary. One day, she unconsciously left her diary on the train and was found by their campus heartthrob, Kudos Pereseo (Mavy Legaspi). What will happen if a certified playboy reads the point of view of a typical campus girl?
Joining Mavy and Kyline are Sparkle's talented artists Therese Malvar, Mariel Pamintuan, Pam Prinster, and Kapuso young heartthrobs Bruce Roeland, Larkin Castor, Josh Ford, and introducing TikTok stars Gabby, Kiel Gueco popularly known as the Gueco Twins.
Love at First Read also reunites some of the industry's seasoned actors including Jestoni Alarcon, Jackie Lou Blanco, and Maricar de Mesa.
