Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara were the couple to watch at the GMA Thanksgiving Gala. Aside from nailing the Old Hollywood Glam look, they really were happy being together.
Fans couldn't get enough of Mavy Legaspi and Kyline Alcantara, who came dressed to the nines (and in character!) at the GMA Thanksgiving Gala on July 30 at the Shangri-La The Fort in BGC, Taguig City.
Prior to the much anticipated gala, the good-looking pair have been teasing their followers what their look would be at the Gala.
Mavy, for one, posted on his Instagram a series of photos that paid tribute to the 1942 American romantic drama film Casablanca. These photos, rendered in black and white, were a nod to the Golden Age of Hollywood in moviemaking.
Kyline, for her part, also posted photos from the same shoot on her Instagram.
Some two days before the big event, they also did a shoot inspired by Scarface, the 1983 American crime drama movie that popularized the character Tony Montana (played by Al Pacino).
Friends, fans, and family were hooked on the "mini photo series" that the two created on social media.
It was no surprise that at the end of the GMA Thanksgiving Gala Night, Mavy and Kyline were chosen as Sparkle Love Team of the Night.
Aside from the glitz and glamour, the GMA Thanksgiving Gala also served as a fundraising event for the benefit of GMA Kapuso Foundation.
