The Master Cutter actress Max Collins on being an entrepreneur: “I feel like I'm good at bringing people together"

Max Collins has transformed herself into one of the bankable actresses of her generation.

In 2018, she bagged the Special Jury Prize for her performance in “Rainbow Sunset” at the 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival awards night

She has also portrayed several TV characters that captured the attention of viewers. But aside from her showbiz career, she is also an entrepreneur.

When she is not in front of the camera, Max is focused on running her IV therapy business.

Talking about her entrepreneurial side, Max told GMANetwork.com that handling a business is a more natural thing for her than acting.

“I feel like, with being an actress, I had to learn so much, and I started from scratch. I'm not naturally talented as an actress, parang ang dami mo pinagdaanan, ang dami kong workshop. Ang dami ko experiences, ang dami kong shows.

“Nag-start ako from the bottom talaga, so it took so long to get where I am now today. So, it was really an acquired skill. It didn't happen overnight for me," she noted.

The Master Cutter actress added that she discovered that she has a knack for bringing people together, a skill she believes is key to any business.

“Where as entrepreneurship, I feel is more natural to me because I feel like I'm good at bringing people together and I have the talent of telling people what to do. I'm not afraid to take care of like of a group of people that help make the business grow.”

“And I think that's very important in entrepreneurship that you need to deal with people. It's so important! And I just love that it comes more naturally for me than acting.”

In the remaining months of 2026, Max Collins shared that she is focused on expanding her IV therapy and home-service business named Cleanse and Dip.

“We want to expand because we have a sister company in Boracay.

“We have a branch in Palawan and then we want to expand all over the Philippines, so that's my goal for this year."
