Maxene Magalona just stated that she's "single."

In an Instagram post earlier today, October 14, the actress shared a photo of herself dining at a Korean grill restaurant in Quezon City.

On it's caption, she wrote, "No date? No problem!"

Then, she dropped what seemed to be the confirmation of breakup rumors about her and her husband, Rob Mananquil.

Maxene said, "Perks of being single and childless: You have full control of your schedule. You can literally do anything you want on any day at whatever time.”

She then continued, “I watch movies in the cinemas alone, take myself out on dates and go on long solo drives especially when my vibration is low.

“One time, I even felt the sudden urge to buy crystals for extra protection and I was able to do it easily because I have no one else to think of but myself

“Life is all about perspective. Do you see your glass half empty or half full? I see mine overflowing.”

Fellow actress Kathleen Hermosa replied to Maxene's post, echoing her thoughts about doing things alone.

She said, "Uhuh!!! Totally agreeing with you on that!! Must learn to be happy alone so we are whole and completely healed when God's best come along.

“Or we can totally be happy ALONE!! Dyan naman lagi si God e--We are never alone!! Miss you Max.”

Speculations about Maxene and Rob's split started early this year. However, the couple have yet to directly confirm the issue.

Maxene tied the knot with Rob at a church wedding held at the Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Makati on January 8, 2018.

A few days later, they flew to Boracay for the second wedding.

In March 2021, Maxene and Rob marked their first anniversary in Bali, Indonesia. They went to the popular tourist destination for a retreat, but got stranded because of worldwide flight cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
