It seems Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach sees Kapuso actress Winwyn Marquez as a strong contender if ever she decides to compete for the title of Binibining Pilipinas Miss Universe 2019.
The beauty queen reacted to the Instagram post of the daughter of actress Alma Moreno, wherein she said, “The category is… Miss U Material.”
In her Instagram Live session last January, Winwyn Marquez admitted that she has yet to decide if she will join Binibining Pilipinas this year.
She last competed in the prestigious pageant in 2015, where she was part of the Top 15.
"Nakakataba ng puso na you still support me and pinupush niyo akong sumali kasi naniniwala kayo and sobrang thank you.”
"Pero to be honest, I'm really not sure yet.”
"Marami pa kasi ako kailangan gawin this year.”

Winwyn Marquez is the first Pinay to bring home the Reina Hispanoamericana crown in 2017.
