The Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto posted a series of tweets to brighten people's spirits amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

When one netizen asked if Vico has a guillotine cutter in the office to make cutting coupens easier, he replied, 'Meron kaming dalawa kaso yung isa inuupuan pa ng panda.”

He then showed their office panda sitting on the office table.

On a more serious note, Vico thanked all healthcare professionals and noted the increasing demand for health workers.

Im thankful & proud of our doctors. Walang reklamo kahit sobrang pagod na.

But the fact is, our city hospitals are nearing saturation point. WE NEED MORE HUMAN RESOURCES.
