More and more details are being revealed as the coronation nights for The Miss Philippines and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide pageants come closer. The hosts for both the pageants were just recently announced on the official Instagram accounts of the two pageants.
The Miss Philippines hosts on its coronation night are Kapuso star Rabiya Mateo and her fellow title holders Beatrice Luigi Gomez and Annabelle McDonnell. Both Rabiya and Beatrice are former Miss Universe Philippines winners while Annabelle McDonnell was a former Miss Charm. Meanwhile, model Andre Brouillette will be hosting the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide pageant.
The coronation night for The Miss Philippines and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide are both on October 24 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The four hosts are just the latest names to bring star power to the pageants. Last month, The Miss Philippines organizers announced that Miss Supranational 2023 Andrea Aguilera will be a special guest at The Miss Philippines pageant.
In the caption to the post, pageant organizers promised an “unforgettable night” and asked pageant fans to monitor the pageant's social media accounts for updates on guest performers and ticket details.
With the coronation night for both pageants just a little over three weeks away, The Miss Philippines pageant and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide pageants have been introducing the contestants to the public. The Miss Philippines has released body shots of the contestants competing for the crown.
The Mister Pilipinas Worldwide male pageant has also released its photos of the contestants.
Both pageants are part of The Filipino Festival, “a celebration of everything Filipino from food, arts and crafts, music, fashion, film, and even pageants.”
Aside from The Miss Philippines and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide, The Filipino Festival also features a Music Fest where musicians Daniel Temporada, Marie Angelica Dayao, and Edmund Perlas and C-Tru will be competing for the opportunity to perform during the Miss Universe Philippines, Mister Pilipinas Worldwide, and The Miss Philippines pageants.
The Filipino Festival has also called on student and professional filmmakers to apply to its Film Fest. Like the aspiring musicians, participants in the Film Fest will get to turn the stories of the Miss Universe Philippines delegates into digital films and documentaries.
