Ikinuwento ni Megan Young na muntik na silang magkahiwalay ng asawang si Mikael Daez.
Si Kapuso beauty queen and actress Megan Young ang latest guest sa hit podcast series na Paano Ba 'To? ni Bianca Gonzalez.
Isa sa mga bagay na napag-usapan nina Megan at Bianca ay ang halaga ng individuality sa pagitan ng taong magkarelasyon.
Ginunita ni Megan ang panahon na masyado niyang pinagtuunan ng pansin ang noong boyfriend at ngayon ay asawang si Mikael Daez.

"I feel like I got lost in love to the point that iI didn't take care of myself. I loved Mikael so much that I made him my world, but he hated that," kuwento ni Megan sa podcast.
Si Mikael pa daw mismo ang nagpaalala sa kanya na huwag kalimutan ang sarili.
"He didn't like na it was all about him. Sabi niya, I started dating you and you had your own thing. I want to see Bones--that's what he calls me, Bones--for who she really is. I am not your world, I'm [merely] part of it, sabi niya. I want you to just your own thing and flourish. If your schedule has to revolve around me, I don't want that, sabi niya," pagbabalik-tanaw ni Megan.
Dahil dito, muntik pa daw silang magkahiwalay.
"Parang we were in our three years of relationship na and we had a very, very intense conversation. Muntik na kami mag-break noong time na 'to dahil ayaw niya talaga na ginagawa ko siyang mundo [ko]. I really had come to realize na, oo nga no, parang masyado kong ginagawang center of my life si Mikael na hindi naman dapat," aniya.
"Nakakalimutan ko na din pala 'yung sarili ko na I am my own person and I can do anything without him because even before I met him, I was able to do all these things," dagdag ni Megan.
Naging bukas ang isip niya matapos ang matinding usapan nila ni Mikael tungkol sa kanilang relationship kaya naayos nila ito.
"Buti na lang, I was like, you know what? I am committed to this relationship and I will not make you my world. So from then on, that's when the individuality started. I really started doing my own thing and that's when we started really flourishing in our relationship," paliwanag ni Megan,
Megan and Mikael got married in 2020 after several years of dating.
They welcomed their first child Leon, in 2025.
Megan, Mikael, and Leon recently traveled to South Korea to catch the latest concert of global K-pop sensation BTS.
