Kapuso star Megan Young considers herself one of the happiest ARMYs this year after attending BTS's comeback concert.
Flying all the way to South Korea, Megan couldn't contain her excitement alongside her husband, Mikael Daez, and their baby, Leon.
In a recent vlog, the couple shared highlights from their trip to South Korea. One of the most memorable moments was the concert day, when Megan fully embraced her fangirl side.
"This was such an amazing and a dream opportunity. That's why I was so excited," Megan shared.
The beauty queen revealed that she became a fan of BTS while the group was in the military, which made their comeback even more special for her.
Meanwhile, Mikael showed his support as a proud “ARMY husband.” He even compared the experience to watching an Olympic basketball game or the NBA Finals up close.
"I was so excited for this BTS concert because this is the first time that I've seen Boneezy (Megan) so passionate about something. To see her have this opportunity and be able to realize this passion that she has for the BTS experience and have it in person- just a few meters from her," he said.
Despite being fully prepared, Megan admitted she still felt overwhelmed during the event.
"I really was just tulala because I was just in awe of the experience that I was having around other ARMYs. Becky G, who had a collab with J-HOPE, was also in front of us enjoying the concert. That was pretty cool," she added.
However, the experience also came with a bit of guilt. While they attended the concert, Baby Leon stayed with Mikael's cousin at the hotel.
"I was afraid of Leon would have a meltdown the whole time that we were gone. I didn't want him to feel that we left him. Parang, I had that mom guilt while I was watching. I kept thinking about Leon as I was watching BTS," she noted.
In the end, everything turned out well, with Megan reunited with her baby afterward. The couple also made the most of their trip by spending quality time together as a family, exploring South Korea and even visiting Hong Kong.
