Former Miss World 2013 winner Megan Young expressed her utmost gratitude for the Miss World organization for trusting her to host the pageant for the fourth time already.

In a lengthy post on Instagram, the Kapuso star said that never in her wildest dream that she could host an international pageant.

Megan posted, Never did I imagine that I would be hosting on the international stage. I am so happy and thankful that @missworld has been giving me their trust for four years now. Also, I'm hosting alongside Fernando Allende and ANGELA CHOW (I've watched all the years she's hosted!) ”

Moreover, the Pinay beauty queen also congratulated her good friend Bessie Besana for designing her wonderful gown she wore in Sanya, China.

She added, “But if there is one thing I am happy about, it's that I got to wear a gown designed by a good friend of mine who was an instrument and guiding force when I was competing. I am so happy @bessiebesana has found his true passion, aside from pageants of course hehe. He went from corporate to being an expat and finally decided that designing was THE ONE. Thank you, Bessie for making me a beautiful gown for the Miss World stage! Love you and so proud of you!”

Meanwhile, designer Bessie Besana also took to Instagram to express his appreciation for Megan Young for trusting him to create her impeccable gown.

“Such a crazy feeling to see your creation on stage and more so when its an international one! @meganbata is wearing a silver foil #BessieBesana gown as she hosts Miss World 2017 in Sanya, China. I must admit that I was very anxious about this as this is the biggest stage that my piece have been worn to. When it came out on screen, I was holding my breath and hoping people will like it. And I actually think they do! Thanks Megan for trusting me for this project and of course, thank you also @adrianneconcept for the collaboration. I lovet! #MissWorld #MissWorld2017 #SilverFoil”
