
Miss World 2013 Megan Young stands one with her fellow Miss World beauty queens in showing support for the fronliners who brave the fight against the dreaded COVID-19.
Megan joined the #OneWorld #MissWorld campaign along with Miss World 2011 Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela, Miss World 2012 Wenxia Yu of China, Miss World 2014 Rolene Strauss of South Africa, Miss World 2015 Mireia Lalaguna of Spain, Miss World 2016 Stephanie Del Valle Diaz of Puerto Rico, Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar of India, Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce de Leon of Mexico, and reigning Miss World Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica.
She wrote, “Let us celebrate the powers of our HEROES who rise with STRENGTH & PRIDE. Salamat po sa ating mga frontliners.”
Megan held the Miss World title in 2013. She also launched an online fundraising for the benefit of medical frontliners in provincial hospitals.
