Mikael Daez asks wife Megan Young, “Who was in Antonio's Grill that day? October 25, 2010?”
Out of boredom due to the quarantine, Kapuso couple Megan Young and Mikael Daez thought of looking through each other's social media profiles last night.
What may seem to be a treasure trove of cringe and embarrassment to some may prove to be the direct opposite for Mikael because he has proven that he is already head-over-heels in love with his wife almost a decade ago.
On his Instagram, the actor posted a series of photos and videos they stumbled upon --- including his very first post about his date with Megan.
Dated October 25, 2010, Mikael wrote in his timeline: “Goal for the day: Dinner in Antonio's Grill. Sizzling Bulalo FTW (for the win)!!!!”
“Who was in Antonio's Grill that day? October 25, 2010?” he asked Megan.
“Me,” the actress proudly replied.
Mikael then turned the camera towards him and explained to his fans, “I had just met her and we've known each other for a month.
“Oooh! I've posted about you on my Facebook right away.”
Alongside their first date, Megan and Mikael also came across the time he was given the nickname “Fofo” and pieces of evidence of their social media flirtations.
He wrote in the caption, “Boneezy decided to stalk my FB posts from 10 years ago… she ended up finding several things: 1) the very first evidence of herself on my social media, 2) the day the nickname 'fofo' was anointed, and 3) me brushing up on topics I can talk to her about (plus a little flirting on the side).”
The little treasures found on social media gave fans a source of kilig as they show their admiration for the couple.
One fan mentioned in the comments section, “I'm falling in love with the idea of the love you two have. I can feel it and it makes me happy.”
