'Huwag Kang Titingin' star Michael Sager goes back to his hometown before another busy year.
Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition alum Michael Sager is starting the year on a reflective note following a refreshing visit back in his hometown.
Recently, the Kapuso star shared his heartwarming return to Vancouver, Canada, where he took time to reconnect with his roots and enjoy a much-needed break before a busy year.
"Going home always reminds me where I started :) grateful for the reset as I step into another year ahead, see you again soon yvr ;)" he said in an Instagram post.
Michael was filled with nostalgia as he took in Vancouver's beautiful scenery and enjoyed its delicious food.
Beyond the reset, the Huwag Kang Titingin star also spent quality time with family and friends during his stay.
"It was a really nice reset for me. I got to see my family, my friends, and I got to go back home," he said in an interview with 24 Oras. " 'Pag umuuwi kasi ako parang I see where I started kung saan ako naging bata, saan ako lumaki. It really grounded me. I really appreciated the time to get some rest, restart, reset, and be ready for this year. "
Since returning to the Philippines, Michael Sager has been focused on the taping of his upcoming GMA series Born to Shine, which marks his official reunion project with fellow Kapuso star Zephanie.
Michael Sager is also set to star in the GMA Pictures and Mentorque Inc. horror film Huwag Kang Titingin, alongside his fellow Sparkle stars Sofia Pablo, Allen Ansay, Marco Masa, Sean Lucas, Josh Ford, Kira Balinger, Charlie Fleming, Shuvee Etrata, and Anthony Constantino.
