Kapuso heartthrob Michael Sager is back in his childhood hometown of Port Moody in Canada!
In a recent Instagram video, Sparkle actor Michael Sager gave fans a nostalgic tour of his childhood hometown in Port Moody, British Columbia.
In the post, he made a sentimental return to his Canadian roots, revisiting the hometown where he was raised.
Looking perfectly cozy in his winter gear, Michael shared snippets of the scenic landscapes and quiet streets of Port Moody.
One of the highlights of Michael's trip was his visit to Rocky Point Ice Cream, a local shop in Port Moody where he used to work before entering show business.
“For those of you who don't know, I worked there as an ice cream scooper,” Michael said.
He also stopped by Rocky Point Park, a place he fondly remembers as his old childhood playground.
“Dito kami naglalaro ng tumbang preso, habol-habulan, at tagu-taguan,” he said.
Leaving his life in Canada behind, Michael Sager moved to the Philippines in 2022 to chase his dreams in show business.
He made his official debut that same year after signing with Sparkle GMA Artist Center and joining the network's youth group, Sparkada.
Most recently, after wrapping up his hosting duties at the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival, Michael flew back to Canada for a much-deserved break.
The homecoming serves as a heartwarming reunion with his family and a chance to recharge after a busy year in his career.
