Despite being busy promoting his comeback film Family History, award-winning comedian Michael V. still managed to prepare a grand party for his wife Carol Bunagan's 50th birthday.

In an Instagram post yesterday, July 31, the comedy actor-director looked back at the memorable celebration.

Bitoy shared that he wanted Carol to experience what it's like to have a debut, which she never experienced 32 years ago.

“Bago matapos ang buwan, gusto ko lang balikan 'yung birthday party ni misis earlier this month.

“She just turned 50 pero kagaya ng sinasabi ng marami, 'wala sa itsura.'

“Kase sa totoo lang, considering 4 kids and all these years of putting up with me, hindi mo talaga iisiping 50 na s'ya.

“Hindi n'ya na-experience 'yung malaking 'debut' when she turned 18 kaya I made sure na kahit 32 years later, maihabol ko 'yung saya, 'yung thrill and excitement. Successful naman!”

The Kapuso star also thanked everyone who attended the event.

“Dumating 'yung mga alam naming nagmamahal sa kanya ng totoo.

“'Yung iba, malayo ang pinanggalingan; 'yung iba short notice pero they made sure na mai-celebrate 'tong milestone na 'to with her.”

“Thank you sa inyong lahat! And @ayoito, I just wanted to tell you how much I love you.

“Hindi lang sa 50th birthday mo, kahit hanggang sa one hundred FORTY SIXth pa.”
