Michael V said 'Octo-1 is a playground.'
Octo-1 is an exciting addition to the action-packed drama Voltes V: Legacy.
A red octopus robot developed by Little Jon (Raphael Landicho), it is dubbed as the sixth member of the Voltes V team because of its ability to fly, do various analyses, and process information.
Octo-1 is voiced by Michael V who is a certified Voltes V fan.
In his Instagram post on Tuesday, July 11, the Kapuso comedian shared his experience on giving life to the cute robot.
He said, "OCTO-1 is a PLAYGROUND. 🐙
"Sobrang saya ko dito sa character na 'to! Watch this week's very exciting story arc!
"Thanks again GMA for letting me play as the 6th member of the Voltes Team. #VoltesVLegacy"
In Voltes V: Legacy, Octo-1 helped in investigating the real identity of Ned Armstrong.
The robot confirmed that Ned is an impostor after it sneaked into his bedroom where he found a deceased soldier whom the latter hid in the closet. Octo-1 also detected an explosive device from the humanoid Ned.
Voltes V: Legacy airs weeknights, 8:00 p.m., on GMA Telebabad, GTV, I Heart Movies, Pinoy Hits, and online via Kapuso Stream.
