Michael V Hilaw parody

Which parts of Michael V.'s 'Hilaw' do you like best?

Multi-awarded comedian and Bubble Gang pioneer Michael V. is known for his hilarious comedy for several decades now, but these hit songs have a deeper meaning or message he wants to convey to his audience.

With the release of “Hilaw” last November 24, a parody version of Maki's OPM song “Dilaw”, the Kapuso ace comedian wants to raise the importance of the Filipino language.

In an exclusive interview with 24 Oras, Direk Bitoy shared his pet peeve when writing and composing songs.

He told Aubrey Carampel, “Parang nabawasan na 'yung art of songwriting.

Now that the 29th anniversary of Bubble Gang is done and dusted, the team behind the longest-running gag show is already gearing up for their 30th year on TV in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Bitoy admitted that planning for this big milestone poses a challenge to the Ka-Bubble barkada.

“Sumasakit na ulo namin, kakaisip. Ano pa ba hindi natin nagagawa? Ano pa ba puwede natin gawin.”
