OPM band NOBITA, the group behind the hit song "Ikaw Lang," was overwhelmed by the massive response to Michael V.'s parody twist of their popular song.
On Bubble Gang' September 20 episode, the comedy icon debuted his parody song "Eh Kulang," which immediately drew positive reactions from fans and netizens.
As of September 23, "Eh Kulang" has generated over 20 million views across different social media platforms.
Before its release, NOBITA thanked Michael V. on Facebook: "An honor for us Sir @Michael V !!
NOBITA is composed of Jaeson Felismino (Vocals/Guitars), Mark Quintero (Bassist), Jonathan Lim Agbanlog (Drums), Sam Aquino (Lead Guitar), and Richmond Bancolita (Keyboards). Aside from "Ikaw Lang," the group also popularized the songs "Unang Saya," "Di Na Mag-iisa," and "Gayuma."
