Michelle Dee to Miss World Philippines 2021 Tracy Maureen Perez: "You will shine brighter than anyone who came before you."
Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee made sure that her successor, Miss World Philippines 2021Tracy Maureen Perez, know that she has her full support.
On Instagram stories, the I Left My Heart in Sorsogon actress congratulated Tracy on her win as the representative of the Philippines in the Miss World pageant.
She wrote, "You will shine brighter than anyone who came before you @tracymaureenperez."
"I believe in you and the whole world does too. Congratulations, my queen."
Tracy was crowned during the coronation night held on October 4 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. She will be competing in the Miss World pageant in Puerto Rico in December 2021.
After the pageant night, the Kapuso actress officially signed off as Miss World Philippines.
According to Michelle, the title helped her learn new things, "It helped me open my eyes to the world through different perspectives, and I will always be grateful for the platform that this crown has given me.
"To be put in a position to help those in need, and to be a voice for change was always my goal, to begin with."
