Michelle Dee fulfills her dream to have a replica of her Miss Universe Philippines crown.
Kapuso actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee couldn't contain her happiness after receiving a special gift from the Director for Communications of the Miss Universe Philippines Organization, Voltaire Tayag.
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 took to Instagram to give a closer look at her crown's replica which was given by Tayag on Thursday, May 18.
In her caption, Michelle expressed how valuable the crown is for her.
"Little do people know that the reigning queens never get to keep the crowns. We pass it on along with all the good luck it holds. Needless to say, I've always wanted a replica to symbolize all the hard work and sacrifices it took to get this far," she wrote.
The Sparkle star also thanked Tayag for fulfilling her dreams.
"What a dream. Thank you for turning that into reality. You don't know how much this means to me," she added.
Michelle Dee will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2023 Competition in El Salvador later this year.
