In an Instagram post, the former actress revealed how she feels a year after and the changes that she noticed in her body. According to Michelle, this decision gave her a boost of confidence.

Michelle said, "1 year Anniversary. A year since removing these toxic bags in my body.

"Let me tell you... I have never felt so empowered and confident even with my smaller breasts. Clothes fit me better and I am able to move freely."

The female transformation coach revealed in December 2019 that she had breast augementation around 2007 or 2008.

She explained that she felt sharp chest pains and decided to remove the implants to avoid any health concerns.

Michelle revealed, "I just want this out of my system. It doesn't serve me anymore.

"Yes, in my younger years I only cared about my looks, trying to look cute, whatever, trying to boost up your confidence.

"But I'm just in a different phase in my life now. I've accepted myself for who I am.

"It's not just sustainable for our lifestyle anymore. I don't want to be going through multiple surgeries every 15 to 20 years.

"Think about it, and think long-term because that's something I didn't do for myself. I just got so caught up with looking good, boosting my confidence."

Michelle admitted that after a year without her implants, she noticed the positive effect in her body.

"My body feels healthier since my implant removal."

She also added that she won't judge anyone who will go under the knife for implants. However, she left a tip that it's important to do your research first to avoid any problems in the future.

"No judgements here... if it makes you happy, do it. But do your research and make sure that it is something you truly want in the long run. #bii"
