Celebrity mom and fitspiration Michelle Madrigal poured her heart out in an emotional Instagram post about her first born Anika Austin Woolfolk's first year.

In her post last Thursday, October 18, Michelle talked about the things she learned as a mother taking care of her beautiful baby.

She gave birth to her daughter on October 20, 2017.

She said, “This was the morning after giving birth to my first born. That feeling of fulfillment and gratitude to finally able to rest her on my chest.

“As she turns a year old in a couple days, I can't help but become so emotional! It has been a roller coaster ride but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I am thankful for all the lessons you've taught me my child.”

“You're my absolute reason why I would go the extra mile to give you everything you deserve. #throwbackthursday”

Michelle also revealed that she has no plans of getting pregnant soon.
