There is no excuse to skip workout even on home quarantine.

To stay healthy and fit during the 2019 coronavirus disease pandemic scare, actress and fitness enthusiast Michelle Madrigal shared exercises that can be done at home to boost the immune system, and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

The workout is comprised of 30 seconds of Bulgarian split squat, banded lat pull down, squats in & out, and bent over kettlebell row, subject to a repetition of four to five times with a 10-second rest each set. Each movement is subject to a 60-second rest after each round.
