Michelle posted her 2019 and 2020 photos to show her progress.

She described her older photo, saying, “I wasn't mindful with my food consumption. I would eat clean the whole week and would eat more calories on the weekends. I was on and off my progress because I wasn't fully committed. Also, this was me with implants, not feeling like myself.”

The former actress opened up about undergoing a breast explant surgery late in 2019 after having her breasts enhanced back around 2007 or 2008.

She then talked about her state of health since, saying, “2020. No implants. Less inflammation. Mindful with my food choices. Listening to my body. Eating “treats” almost everyday and not feeling guilty about it because they fit within my macros. I can enjoy a drink or two on weekends and not shame myself for having so. These are habits I have accumulated through the years and has helped me tremendously with my health and fitness journey.”

She also stressed people should stop comparing their fitness journeys and should focus on making it sustainable.
