Sparkle actor Miguel Tanfelix might be busy taping for the intense scenes in the viral action series Mga Batang Riles, but he always makes a point to still support the project of Ysabel Ortega.

This week, the murder mystery series SLAY premiered on GMA Prime and Miguel took time to watch the first four episodes of the new show.

In his interview with Chika Minute, Miguel lauded the entire cast of the show for delivering a beautiful story.

Aside from Ysabel Ortega, also part of the stellar cast of SLAY include Gabbi Garcia, Mikee Quintos, Julie Anne San Jose; and Kapuso hunks Derrick Monasterio and Royce Cabrera.

“Napanood ko na po 'yung first four episode, maganda.” Miguel on SLAY. He added, “Sobrang ganda ng kuwento, talagang mapapaisip ka, e.”

Miguel Tanfelix also revealed some exciting details happening in Mga Batang Riles, especially with the introduction of new characters like versatile TV-movie actor Paolo Contis.

He told Chika Minute, “Ngayon, meron ng Jackson si Paolo Contis. So, ang dami ng characters na pumasok. Ang ibig sabihin nun, mas tumitindi 'yung storya namin.

“Mas nagiging intense.”

Kokoy de Santos, who plays Kulot in Mga Batang Riles, seconded Miguel's statement about the progression of the story.

“May progress kasi talagang sumasabay 'yung nanonood sa progress ng Mga Batang Riles.

“Kaya naman tayo umabot sa point, kung bakit natin gusto malaman 'yung about sa droga, kasi nga dahil kay Mutya, 'tsaka kay Lulu at Lala. Kasi, napapabintangan sila sa Riles na mga addict.”
