After training with former Olympian and world shooting champ Jethro Dionisio, Miguel Tanfelix took new lessons for his 'Voltes V: Legacy' character, Steve Armstrong.

There's no stopping Miguel Tanfelix from rigorously preparing for his coveted role in the highly-anticipated Voltes V: Legacy.

After training with former Olympian and world shooting champ Jethro Dionisio, the Kapuso actor took new lessons for his character, Steve Armstrong, the Voltes V team leader who is also a motocross champion.

On his Instagram account, Miguel shared pictures showing he's riding a big bike in full riding gear for his motorcycle training at Clark International Speedway race track in Pampanga.

"Another training day with @yamahaphilippines!#SteveArmstrong," he wrote in the caption.

Even Voltes V: Legacy director Mark Reyes can't help but feel impressed with Miguel's dedication in the show.

"Keep it up," he commented on Miguel's post.

Set to premiere in 2023, Voltes: Legacy is written by Suzette Doctolero bears the potential of being the Philippines' first serious epic sci-fi TV show as it is partnered with Toei Company, Ltd., the same company that brought the robot saga to life, and its local licensor Telesuccess Productions, Inc.

GMA also engaged the services of Riot Inc. Post-Production along with GMA Post Video graphics to handle the CGI and the live-action elements of the stories.
