Ang UAU ay isang "Philippine teen health resource portal that aims to provide Filipino teens aged 15 to 19 with critical information on delaying sexual debut and preventing sexually transmitted infections."
Isa sa mga celebrity ambassadors ng U4U Campaign si Kapuso young actor Miguel Tanfelix.
Bilang isa sa kanyang mga duties, nagsilbi siya bilang teen facilitator ng U4U Teen Trail.

Ang U4U Teen Trail ay bahagi ng U4U campaign na naglalayong magpalaganap ng wastong impormasyon tungkol sa sex at kalusugan para maagapan ang teen pregnancy at pagkalat ng mga sexually transmitted diseases.
Pinamumunuan ito ng United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Commission on Population (POPCOM) at Center for Health Solutions and Innovations (CHSI).
