Maintaining a baby's good mood can easily become one of the biggest challenges for parents.

From random tantrums to nonstop crying episodes, moms and dads are constantly finding creative ways to comfort their little ones.

Some rely on lullabies, cuddles, or favorite toys. But for Kapuso couple Megan Young and Mikael Daez, music has become a big part of Baby Leon's happy routine.

In their recent vlog, the couple gave fans a glimpse of their family road trip to Baguio. On the road, Baby Leon appeared cheerful with his toys and mama at his side.

While enjoying the trip, Megan happily shared that their son has already developed his own taste in music.

"One of the songs that we have on repeat is called "The Happy Song." We've really memorized it or at least tried to memorize it," Megan shared.

"He falls asleep so fast when we sing it [or] play the song, and it just makes him happy like what the song says."

Aside from children's music, Megan revealed that Baby Leon also enjoys listening to the chill music of bossa nova.

"Gustong-gusto niya talaga bossa nova. So we have multiple bossa nova playlists na pampa-relax niya," she added.

The couple also plays songs by English singer Olivia Dean, creating a relaxing atmosphere for Baby Leon.

"When we're playing at home, we usually play Olivia Dean, kasi medyo relaxing din for us din naman," Megan happily shared.

"So it's nice to have a good balance of different kinds of genres. May baby song, pop song, and then there's a different kind of music that he listens to."

Megan and Mikael have always been open to their parenting journey.

Beyond music, they have been embracing family adventures with Baby Leon to introduce him to the world.

The couple previously shared moments from their travels to South Korea and Hong Kong, where they opened up about the joys and challenges of traveling with an infant.
