Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre star Mikoy Morales reminisces about his proposal to his non-showbiz girlfriend, Isa Garcia.

In a recent social media post, the comedian-actor shared how their engagement turned into a smoothly executed romantic surprise.

The video began with Mikoy introducing himself and Isa, then revealing that he prepared a short film as part of his proposal.

To pull it off, the Kapuso star rented a cinema disguised as an intimate block screening of a movie. Isa, unaware of the plan, enjoyed the “film” which was actually a project crafted by Mikee Quintos, close friends, and the couple's families.

As she watched, Isa slowly realized what was happening when the story shifted to Mikoy's love for her.

In the finale, Mikoy led her to the front and finally popped the question. An emotional Isa said yes.

"It was a lovely, lovely night which wouldn't have been possible if not for everyone who were there that night and all the people who got involved and helped me pull this off -- all for Isa," Mikoy said.

Fast forward to today, the couple focuses on preparing for the big day.

"Now it's already November and we're in the middle of doing wedding preps and four months to go," he added.

Mikoy and Isa got engaged last February after being together since 2021.

The Kapuso star is currently part of GMA's superserye Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre. He plays the character Agnem, the last prince of the Nymfa race.
